Good news for speakasians

GOOD NEWS......
It is learned from reliable sources that there is no relation of our payment with the hearing of our 115 panelist PIL on 14th nov !!!
Mai kabhi kahi-suni baat post nahi karta,

Supreme court ke kehne pe jo committee banayi hai, vo committee hi ab ye tay karegi ki ham sab ka payment kab dena hai, aur kaise dena hai, iske liye ab committee ko SC ke alag se koi bhi aadesh ki jururat nahi hai.

Verdict of this PIL has been divided in two parts , 1-payment and 2-business restart. 1st verdict has been given that payment to all panelist has to be done and committee will decide how and when it has to be decide and for 2nd verdict, hearing is there on 14 nov.



This prayer is against infringement of our fundamental right of livelyhood so Sc as it is the only guardian of fundamental rights wants the business to restart if it is legal. Payment is secondary.since it concerns fundamental right of whih SC is the sole guardian the matter is being fast tracked. I have had a discussion on this with Solomon James ji too. I am absolutely clear on this as this is not a PIL but a prayer against violation of fundamental right.

outcome of this post is, 14 ke hearing ka kuchh bhi result aaye, payment to hame milni hi milni hai, kisi bhi haal me !!!

Vakil ke kehne ke mutabik, ye PIL FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT of people ke base ko chhod ke kisi aur base pe ki gayi hoti to ye hearing kabhi bhi prepon nahi hoti !!!

SC ke itihaas me bahot hi kam cases, sirf ginti ke hai, is tarah prepon hue hai !

Ek baat aur bhi clear kar le, jab tak mai 3-4 jagah se clear nahi kar leta, mai kabhi bhi informative post nahi karta !
