In an article written by some of the blogs all of them are simply raising one question .On the answer of rbi which was given to an rti activist called swapnil in that reply by the rbi rbi had said that they were not involve in seizing the accounts if rbi was not the one then who did this .
The answer to this question is very simple .In the rply of rbi which was given to swapnil rbi had clearly mention about his circular that they have passed a precautionary circular and they can't show to anyone .the only question raised from this answer is that on one hand rbi said that they ahvent seized the account on the other hand they are not able to provide that circullar it means that rbi had done something very silly and thye need to hide all these and hence they have organised a meeting with speakasia at 19 sep .In this meeting the main prayer of speakasia was that defreeze our account and give us permission to pay due amount to our panelsit and vendors .And hence in rbi reply to swapnil question they have said that rbi had adviced speakasia to work under FEMA .It just shows the intention of rbi they are trying to save thereselve the good sign is that rbi had no problem in speakasia business model so rbi is agreed and they ahve guided speakasia to show the auditable balancesheet os speakasia transaction which was flown to singapore .And then ED will give them a cleanchit which is likely to be done in coming days .So there is no any question that can raise on Speakasia .
The other question which also raised by some worried panelist and other critics of speakasia when did the payement of speakasia will start .To understand this we must understand what steps Speakasia Have done till to restart the payement process , First they have presented there business model to rbi and they were able to show rbi that speakasia is not a financial companies it is in the business of selling ezine .And RBI was simply agrees on SpeakAsia presentation .BUT the officals of rbi which was listening the business model were unable to understand the legal process of payement and doubts so the officails of RBI had adviced SpeakAsia to present ther views in front of ED which is a part of RBI which regulate the FEMA ACT of rbi .As speakasia have told us earlier that they haven't dne any illegal things yet so its a greate sign for speaksia to present their views against ED and so it takes time to impress investigation agencies so dont worry ED will understand its views ED had assured Speakasia they will GIVE SPEAKASIA cleanchit soon firstly ED need to check the documents provided by SPEAKASIA .so dont worry.It will take only one or two weak .And the pressure of supreme court is also mounting on ed to resolve this issue before moday otherwise supreme court will pass the enterim releif to speakasia to repay there panelsit so in short speakasia is comig back there is no need to worry .speakasia zindabad.
